How to book the cottage:
The number of guests staying at the cottage at any time is eight or less.
Booking the cottage is subject to a first-come-first-served basis and full week considerations during peak season.
Please read, fill in, sign and send back to us the Rental Agreement & Application.
50% of the rent is expected once approval of the booking has been made.
The remaining 50% of the rent is due no less than three weeks before the rental period starts; as well as a $500 security deposit (to be returned after the rental period, subject to re-inspecting the property).
